Procurement of AAC Wasp Aluminum Conductor Duplex Service Drop Cable

**Lahore Electric Supply Company (LESCO), Material Management** invites eligible manufacturers, suppliers, and authorized dealers to submit bids for procurement of AAC Wasp Conductor, described as aluminum conductor duplex service drop cable, under Tender No. 4408. The procurement is funded from the financial year 2026-27 allocation and will be conducted through EPADS v2.0 using the Single Stage-One Envelope procedure and Least Cost Based Selection. Items and schedule: Item 1, AAC Wasp Conductor, specification P-63:2007 amended to date, quantity 400 kilometres; Item 2, AAC Wasp Conductor, specification P-63:2007 amended to date, quantity 400 kilometres. The delivery schedule for each listed item is 100 kilometres within 60 days, followed by 150 kilometres in the next 45 days and a further 150 kilometres in the subsequent 45 days. Deliveries may be allocated among Regional Store Shalamar, 132-KV Grid Station Walgon Shohail, and 132-KV Grid Station Pattoki. The stated bid security is **PKR 5,200,000**, and the warranty period is 365 days. The offered material must strictly comply with NGC or PPMC Specification P-63:2007 and applicable amendments. Prototype approval from the PPMC Stands and Specifications Department is required where applicable, with testing, inspection, local manufacturing verification, quality documentation, and prescribed markings. Bidders must be registered with FBR for NTN and GSTN, appear on the Active Taxpayer List, and be prequalified or registered with LESCO, a DISCO, or a WAPDA formation for the relevant material category. A valid prototype approval or undertaking, manufacturer authorization where applicable, relevant past contract evidence, ISO-18001 or ISO-45001 certification, no-blacklisting declaration, and signed and stamped bidding forms are required. Bid security may be submitted as a CDR, pay order, banker's cheque, bank guarantee, or demand draft in favour of the CEO LESCO.
