Procurement of Data-center Graded Switches, Switches Support Renewal and Cables by National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Islamabad

The National Database and Registration Authority (NADRA) Islamabad invites sealed bids for the procurement of Data-center Graded Switches, Switches Support Renewal and Cables under tender number NADRA-HQ-RFB-119/2026. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 platform using the Single Stage Two Envelope method with Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. Items being procured: - Copper Patch Cord Cables in various lengths (1m, 3m, 5m, 7m) branded CAT-6 UTP with RJ-45 connectors - Fiber Patch Cord Cables in various lengths (1m, 3m, 5m, 7m, 15m, 20m) compatible with Cisco SFPs SR Multimode with LC to LC connectors - Tagging Tape 6mm (White Color) - Cisco Leaf N9K-C93180YC-FX3 or compatible Data-Center ACI Supported Switches with 48 ports and uplinks, including licenses and training - Data-Center Graded TOR Switches with specified port configurations, uplinks, transceivers, and fiber cables - Support, Warranty and Subscription renewal for Huawei Switches already installed The technical scope includes supply, installation, configuration, commissioning, and support of network switches and cables compatible with existing infrastructure. The procurement also covers warranty, subscription, and support services for Huawei switches. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with NADRA, FBR, and active on the ATL list, with valid NTN and GST registrations. For lots 2, 3, and 4, bidders must be OEM authorized partners or resellers with valid support contracts. Bid security must be submitted physically before the bid submission deadline. Key dates include a pre-bid meeting on October 14, 2026, at the State Bank of Pakistan Building, Islamabad, and bid submission deadline on October 26, 2026, at 11:00 AM via EPADS v2.0.
