Tender Description

The Wildlife Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites bids from reputed and well-experienced firms registered for Income Tax and Sales Tax for the procurement and supply of specialized ecological and research machinery and equipment under the project titled Survey and Mapping of Wildlife in Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. This procurement is based in Swat and requires adherence to KPPRA Procurement Rules-2014 using the Single Stage Single Envelope procedure through EPADS. Items being procured: - Acoustic Sensors (Bioacoustics Recorders) (2 units) - Drone Camera with all accessories (1 unit) - Camera traps (10 units) The technical scope includes supply of advanced ecological monitoring equipment suitable for wildlife research and mapping. The materials must meet the specifications verified by the Sample & Specifications Verification Committee before supply. The site of delivery and operation is the Malakand Wildlife Circle in Swat. The scale of procurement is moderate with a total estimated cost of **PKR 3.6 million**. Eligibility criteria require firms to be registered with relevant tax authorities, provide a 2% bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank, and submit a complete bid including a signed affidavit of non-involvement in any court case with the department. Firms must also provide a photocopy of the National Identity Card and ensure all documents are uploaded neatly on the EPADS portal. Experience in supplying similar ecological or research equipment is highly desirable. The last date for submission of bids is **5th August 2026** by 12:30 PM, with electronic bids opening on the same day. Bidders must submit original bid securities and documents in sealed envelopes to the office of the Conservator Wildlife Malakand Wildlife Circle Swat at Tindogod Swat via registered courier before the deadline.
