Heavy Mechanical Complex, Taxila, invites sealed bids for the supply of S/L Pipe Dia 219.1 x 8.18 x 6000 mm, Material A106 Gr.B, in a quantity of 06 pieces. This procurement is for the upcoming requirements of HMC and all interested suppliers are encouraged to participate by submitting their quotations as per the specified terms. Items being procured: - S/L Pipe Dia 219.1 x 8.18 x 6000 mm, Material A106 Gr.B (06 Pcs, 36 Mtr) The technical scope requires the supply of seamless line pipes manufactured to A106 Grade B specifications, suitable for industrial and mechanical applications. The pipes must be delivered on a Free Delivery basis to HMC, Taxila. MTC (Material Test Certificate) is required for all supplied items to ensure compliance with the technical standards. Eligibility criteria include submission of a non-refundable tender fee of PKR 1,500 in favour of HMC, Taxila. Additionally, a 2 percent Bid Security is mandatory for quotations valuing PKR 500,000 or above. Bids without the required Bid Security will not be considered. The offer validity should not be less than 30 days from the date of opening. Delivery period should not exceed 10 days from the issuance of the purchase order. Payment will be made after inspection and acceptance of the supplied pipes at HMC Taxila. Sealed bids must reach the SCM Department, Heavy Mechanical Complex, Taxila, by 1400 hours on 10-Sep-2026. Bids will be opened publicly at 1430 hours on the same day.
