Tender Description
Water and Sanitation Agency (WASA), Lahore invites bids from Contractors, Firms, and Companies registered on the Punjab e-procurement system with active filer NTN and PNTN for the addition and alteration of an abandoned structured situated at the Ex-PMU Office at Sabzazar, WASA, Lahore.
Items being procured:

The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab e-procurement system under the regulations of the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA). Bidders must submit their bids online via the Punjab e-procurement portal by or before 12-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. Technical bids will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. The bid security/e-Bid Security is set at 3% of the estimated cost, amounting to Rs. 85,371.30, payable to WASA Lahore and verifiable on the Punjab e-procurement system.
Only technically responsive bidders will qualify for the financial bid opening. Bids found corrupt, unreadable, or containing viruses will be rejected as per Regulation-8(4) of PPRA Regulations-2024. Bidders must upload their bids in PDF format on the Punjab e-procurement system. The procurement is governed by PPRA Rules-2014 and Punjab Procurement Regulations-2024.
The bids will remain valid for 120 days. Tendered rates must be filled in figures and words, signed as per the tender document instructions. If the last date falls on a holiday, the next working day will be considered for submission and opening.
Bidders are advised to carefully review the DNIT/BOQs and quote rates against each item in their financial bids. Using the Punjab e-procurement system ensures transparency and efficiency. Ensure your registration and bid security are in order well before the deadline to avoid last-minute issues.
