Tender Description
This tender invites bids for the supply and installation of an additional 06 KW solar system at the District Court Headquarter in Sanghar, Sindh. The procurement is managed by the District and Sessions Court, Sanghar, focusing on power and solar equipment to enhance energy efficiency at the court premises.
The scope includes supply of a 6 KW hybrid inverter, 14 solar panels, lithium battery bank, mounting structures, distribution box, wiring, installation, transportation, and commissioning. All materials must meet specified standards such as IEC certification for solar panels and warranties of at least two years. The installation site is the District Court Complex in Sanghar, requiring robust mounting on reinforced concrete pedestals to withstand local weather conditions including wind resistance up to 150 km/h.
Bidders must be registered with FBR and SRB, be on the Active Taxpayer List, and have a minimum annual turnover of PKR 2 million over the last three fiscal years. Compliance with PEC categories and FBR/ATL status is essential for eligibility. The tender follows the Sindh Public Procurement Rules 2010 (Amended 2022) under a Single Stage Two Envelope Procedure, ensuring technical and financial bids are evaluated separately.
Submission deadline is on the 10th of February 2026 at 10:00 AM, with technical bids opening at 10:30 AM the same day at the office of the Senior Civil Judge-II, Sanghar.
