Expression of Interest for Advertisement Rights of 25 Bus Stops by Horticulture Agency Rawalpindi

The Horticulture Agency Rawalpindi (HA) invites proposals and ideas from reputed advertisers, firms, and companies (national or multinational) for the advertisement rights of 25 bus stops already constructed within the jurisdiction of Horticulture Agency Rawalpindi, spanning from Faizabad to Ketehery Chowk. This initiative aims at beautification and revenue generation purposes. Items being procured: - Advertisement rights for 25 bus stops Interested firms will be bound to install LEDs for advertisement purposes. The responsibility for installation and operational processes lies with the selected companies, firms, or traders. They will also be accountable for the revenue sharing with the Horticulture Agency Rawalpindi (HA) on mutually agreed terms for an initial period of 3 years, extendable for another 2 years with mutual consent. The works and facilities must be of the highest quality and state-of-the-art standard. Interested parties must provide the following documents: layout/conceptual themes for artwork, proposed plan, and timelines. Bidding documents can be obtained for a non-refundable fee of Rs. 5,000 from the office of the Director Marketing Horticulture Agency Rawalpindi immediately after the advertisement publication until 09 September 2026. Tenders/bidding documents can be submitted on 10 September 2026 between 11:00 AM and 01:00 PM in the presence of all bidders or their representatives. Proposals will follow a single stage two envelope system with separate sealed technical and financial proposals. Technical proposals must include company/brand/advertiser details, tax registration, financial worth, relevant experience certificates, and other work-related details. A bid security of Rs. 500,000 in the form of pay order/CDR in the name of Parks & Horticulture Authority Rawalpindi must accompany the tender documents. Financial bids of only technically qualified parties will be opened. The date of financial bid opening will be communicated after technical evaluation. The authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids at any stage. Bidders are advised to consult the bidding documents' terms and conditions for further details.
