Advertising, Television, Print, Video Production and Graphics Editing Services

The Balochistan Rural Support Programme (BRSP) in Quetta is procuring a comprehensive range of media and advertising services. This includes advertising campaign services, television placement, print placement, video production, and layout or graphics editing services. The procurement is aimed at enhancing communication and outreach efforts through multiple media channels. The technical scope covers 45 advertising campaign services, 7 television placements, 20 print placements, 26 video production services (in two lots of 20 and 6), and 96 layout or graphics editing services. These services will be utilized to support BRSP’s projects and public awareness campaigns within Balochistan. Eligible bidders must demonstrate experience with at least 5 assignments of similar nature and complexity, have a minimum turnover of PKR 5 million over the last three years, and be registered on the Active Taxpayer List (ATL). Sales tax certificates and registration with the Balochistan Revenue Authority are mandatory. Firms currently blacklisted by any procuring agency in Pakistan are ineligible. Notably, sales tax registration under this assignment is not required. The EOI documents can be obtained from the BRSP office or downloaded from the BPPRA website. The issuance of documents and submission deadline is 18 July 2026, with submissions accepted until 2:00 PM at the BRSP office located at H.No A-5 Gulshan-e-Janan Street, Sariab Road, Quetta. The opening of EOIs will occur the same day at 3:00 PM.
