Tender Description
The Lahore Forest Division is procuring afforestation and plantation services for the fiscal year 2026-2027. This tender covers extensive plantation work across multiple sites including Changa Manga Forest Park, Jallo Forest Park, and other designated forest areas in Lahore. The scope includes planting of various tree species such as poplar, eucalyptus, and other indigenous trees on barren and degraded lands to enhance forest cover and environmental sustainability.
The technical scope involves site preparation, planting, and maintenance of saplings in specified blocks and plantations. The work includes afforestation in areas like Changa Manga RHC Plantation, Jallo Forest Park, and other forest parks under Lahore Forest Division. The tender requires bidders to have relevant experience in forestry plantation projects and the capacity to manage large-scale afforestation activities.
Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and ATL, and possess a valid PEC license appropriate for forestry or environmental works. Experience in similar afforestation projects will be an advantage. Earnest Money and CDR must be submitted as per tender requirements. The technical and financial bids will be evaluated separately.
The tender was published on 3rd July 2026, with a closing date of 17th September 2026. Bids must be submitted to the Lahore Forest Division office before the deadline. Interested bidders should carefully review the tender documents and ensure compliance with all requirements.
A practical tip for bidders is to conduct a thorough site visit before submission to understand the terrain and planting conditions. This will help in preparing a realistic and competitive bid. Also, ensure all documentation including Earnest Money and CDR are complete to avoid disqualification.
