Construction of Sewerage, Drainage Road Network, Roundabout & Monuments, Drip Irrigation and Chain Link Fence Under Area Development Programme

The Chief Minister Development Package for Dera Bugti invites bids from eligible bidders for the execution of important civil works under the Area Development Programme in Quetta, Balochistan. The project requires specialized expertise in irrigation (CE04(ii)), sewerage works (CE09(i)), general civil engineering (CE10(i)), landscaping and horticulture (CE10(v)), and road and pavement drainage (CE01(i)). Eligibility criteria include registration with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-2 or above, with a financial turnover of at least PKR 530,000,000 in the last three years. Firms must be on the Active Taxpayer List and not blacklisted by any procuring agency. Bid security of 2% of the estimated cost is mandatory, payable via Bank Guarantee or Deposit at Call from a scheduled bank. Tender processing fee of PKR 1000 is required in account No. C02716.
