The last date for submission of sealed bids is 12 October 2026. Bids must be submitted by 10:00 AM on the closing date, and the tender box will be opened at 12:00 PM the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. The department reserves the right to reject any or all bids without assigning any reason.
