Procurement of AI-Powered Employee Performance & Appraisal Management System Non-Consultancy Services

The National Insurance Company Limited (NICL) invites eligible bidders registered on EPADS v2.0 to submit bids for the procurement of Non-Consultancy Services for an AI-Powered Employee Performance & Appraisal Management System for FY 2026-27 in Lahore, Punjab. Items being procured: - AI-Powered Employee Performance & Appraisal Management System Non-Consultancy Services The procurement will follow the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) technique in accordance with Public Procurement Rules, 2004.
