Main Establishment, Operation and Maintenance of Airport Pharmacy at Jinnah International Airport Karachi

Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) Karachi is inviting tenders for the main establishment, operation and maintenance of an Airport Pharmacy at Jinnah International Airport Karachi. This concession is offered on a single stage / two envelopes basis to registered companies, firms, joint ventures or sole proprietors with relevant experience, good reputation and sound financial background. The concession period is five years or till the specified date with a 10% annual enhancement on cumulative basis during subsequent years. Items being procured: - Establishment of Airport Pharmacy - Operation and Maintenance of Pharmacy - Outsourcing of Medical General Counter The pharmacy space measures 70 sqft located at Level-VI, International Departure Satellite Terminal of Jinnah International Airport Karachi. The technical scope includes managing the pharmacy operations, maintaining stock, ensuring compliance with health regulations and providing medical supplies to airport users. Eligibility criteria require bidders to have 80% weightage in technical evaluation, NTN certificate, CNIC copies, and must be free of any outstanding dues with PAA. Earnest Money must be genuine; any fake or bogus documents will lead to disqualification and blacklisting. Tender forms can be obtained from the Office of Officer In-charge, Commercial at Level-III, JTC, JIAP Karachi upon payment of Rs. 5,000 non-refundable fee via Pay Order or Demand Draft in favor of Pakistan Airports Authority. Technical and financial bids must be submitted in separate sealed envelopes clearly marked and placed in one envelope. Submission is to be made in the tender box at Main Conference Room, Level-VI, Jinnah Terminal by 19-08-2026 at 1100 hrs. Technical bids will be opened at 1130 hrs the same day. Late or conditional bids will not be entertained. Advance Income Tax will be deducted as per law. Defaulters of PAA dues are not eligible.
