The scope covers urban and rural areas with a focus on improving power distribution networks. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be natural persons, private entities, or government-owned enterprises registered with FBR and KPRA. Bidders must have completed at least two contracts in the last ten years and provide audited financial records certified by ICAP or ICMAP for the last three years. PEC registration with relevant categories (C-6 & Above, EE-04 & EE-05) is mandatory. The bidding process follows the Single Stage Single Envelope method via the PESCO e-procurement portal (EPAD V 2.0). Tender fees and bid securities are required as per the instructions.
