Replacement of Windows Blinds at 4th and 5th Floor NTC HQ Building Islamabad

The National Telecommunication Corporation (NTC) Islamabad invites sealed bids from eligible and qualified bidders for the Replacement of Windows Blinds at the 4th and 5th floors of the NTC Headquarters Building located in G-5/2, Islamabad. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2026-27 and will be conducted through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal. Items being procured: - Replacement of 3745 sqft of roll-up blackout window blinds with imported high-quality fabric and manual roll-up arrangement including all accessories and hardware The scope includes removal of existing blinds, supply and installation of new blinds as per specifications, ensuring quality workmanship and compliance with the contract requirements. The work is to be completed within 45 days from commencement. Bidders must be registered on EPADS v2.0 and comply with eligibility criteria including valid NTN, GSTN, and CNIC. Bid security in the form of Pay Order, Banker's Cheque, Call Deposit, or Demand Draft is required. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated using Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS) technique. The contract includes a maintenance period and liquidated damages of Rs. 5,081 per day for delay up to 10% of contract price. Submission of bids is online only via EPADS before the deadline of Wednesday, November 18, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM. Manual submissions will not be accepted.
