Annual Contract for Supply of Animal Feed and Black Salt at Peshawar Zoo

The Wildlife Department Khyber Pakhtunkhwa invites bids through the E-Pak Acquisition & Disposal System (EPADS) for the annual supply of animal feed and black salt for Peshawar Zoo. This procurement is being conducted under KPRA rules and all interested suppliers must submit their bids online via the KP e-procurement portal by the specified deadline. Items being procured: - Annual supply of animal feed for various animals at Peshawar Zoo (Earnest Money: Rs. 100,000/-) - Annual supply of black salt for Peshawar Zoo (Earnest Money: Rs. 30,000/-) The technical scope includes the provision of high-quality animal feed suitable for the dietary needs of different species housed at the zoo, as well as black salt in the required quantity and quality. Bidders must ensure that all supplied items meet the standards set by the zoo management. The contract will be awarded for one year, and timely delivery is essential. Eligible bidders must be registered with KPRA and possess relevant experience in supplying animal feed or similar goods. Earnest Money in the form of CDR must be attached with the bid as per the specified amounts. Bids without the required Earnest Money will not be considered. All bids must be submitted online through the KP e-procurement portal by 30 October 2026, with the technical bid opening at 11:00 AM for animal feed and 11:30 AM for black salt.
