Procurement of Goods for Convicted and Under Trial Prisoners of Central Jail Minawar Gilgit

The Superintendent of Prisons, Central Jail Minawar Gilgit invites sealed bids based on the GB PPRA rules from relevant firms and suppliers for procurement of goods for convicted and under trial prisoners of Central Jail Minawar Gilgit for the Financial Year 2026-27. Bids addressed to Superintendent of Prisons Central Jail Minawar Gilgit should reach the office of the undersigned on or before 30th October 2026 at 11:00 hours, and will be opened the same day at 12:00 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives in the office of Superintendent Central Jail Minawar Gilgit. Items being procured: - Goods for convicted prisoners - Goods for under trial prisoners The procurement will follow the Single Stage One Envelope procedure as per GB PPRA rules. A Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) amounting to Rs. 280,000 issued by any scheduled bank as bid security in favor of Superintendent of Prisons Central Jail Minawar Gilgit must be attached with the tender documents. Conditional or incomplete tenders will be rejected as per GB PPRA rules. Tender forms with terms and conditions can be obtained from the office of Superintendent Central Jail Minawar Gilgit upon submission of a treasury challan copy amounting to Rs. 6000 during office hours. Tender documents must reach the office of Superintendent of Prisons Central Jail Minawar Gilgit only through courier services such as ordinary registry or TCS, or by hand, within the stipulated date and time. Bidders are advised to carefully follow the submission instructions and ensure all required documents including bid security are attached to avoid rejection. Timely submission is critical as late bids will not be entertained.
