Tender Description
Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) Karachi invites qualified vendors to submit quotations for the Annual Contract of Honeywell's Radar Tank Gauge (RTG) System maintenance at two key installations: Sihala and Mehmoodkot terminals. This contract covers comprehensive maintenance and support services for the RTG systems installed at these locations, ensuring operational reliability and accuracy.
Items being procured:
- AMC of Honeywell RTGs at Mehmoodkot: 2 months bi-annual preventive maintenance visits
- Emergency Visits: 5 emergency breakdown/corrective visits
- Digital Services & Support: 25 hours remote troubleshooting support
- Transportation/Labour Charges for emergency visits: 5 mobilization/demobilization charges
- Transportation/Labour Charges for preventive maintenance visits: 2 mobilization/demobilization charges
- AMC of Honeywell RTGs at Sihala: 2 months bi-annual preventive maintenance visits

The scope includes visual and functional inspection of RTG field devices, communication error checks, verification of level, temperature, and density readings, power supply and earthing inspections, alarm and interlock verification, cleaning and servicing of equipment, and submission of detailed visit reports. Emergency visits require vendor technicians to respond within 24 hours and provide corrective maintenance including software/hardware troubleshooting and parts replacement if necessary. Remote digital support is also included for software and configuration issues.
Vendors must ensure mobilization within 24 hours of PSO intimation and comply with all HSE and security protocols. All tools, consumables, and PPE must be provided by the vendor. Quoted rates should be inclusive of all taxes, labor, materials, transportation, and lodging. The contract requires professional and timely service delivery with penalties for delayed response.
Interested bidders should be registered with FBR and ATL and have relevant experience in similar maintenance contracts. Earnest money and bid security details are as per PSO requirements. The submission deadline is **22nd September 2026**. Bids should be submitted as per instructions attached with the RFQ.
