Frame Agreement for Repair and Refurbishment of CPEs for PTCL

Pakistan Telecommunication Company Limited (PTCL) invites bids on a DDP-PKR basis inclusive of all applicable taxes for a Frame Agreement concerning the Repair and Refurbishment of Customer Premises Equipment (CPEs) in accordance with PTCL's requirements and Scope of Work (SOW). Bidders must provide a Bid Security in the form of a Bank Guarantee or CDR (Bank Guarantee CDR is not acceptable) amounting to PKR 0.2 Million, valid for six months from issuance, issued by a first-class/scheduled bank in Pakistan. Non-compliance with bid security requirements will lead to rejection and disqualification from further processing. Bids must be submitted exclusively through the SAP Ariba Link provided by PTCL. Vendor registration with PTCL is mandatory, and bidders must mention their Vendor Registration Code (VR Code) assigned by PTCL on their bids. Unregistered vendors are required to register with PTCL to maintain a good and continuous business relationship. Registration forms are available on PTCL's official website.
