Annual Contract for Supply of Pure Drinking Water, Laser Jet Printers, Scanners and Furniture Items

Items being procured: - Lot-1: Annual Contract for Supply of Pure Drinking Water 300+ bottles (approx.) per month - Lot-2: Supply of Revolving Chairs, Quantity 10 - Lot-3: Supply of Laser Jet Printers Quantity 5 and Heavy Duty Scanners Quantity 3 The estimated cost for each lot includes 18% GST and 7% Income Tax. Bidders must meet business registration, experience, and other qualification requirements for the respective lots. Participation is restricted to one lot only; bids involving multiple lots or consortiums will be rejected. This contract covers supply of office furniture items, printers, scanners, and drinking water for the Islamabad Zone office. Bidders should ensure compliance with all tax and regulatory requirements and submit bids electronically via EPADS by the closing date. The bid security is required separately for each lot.
