Pre-qualification of Firms/Vendors for Repair & Maintenance of Machinery, Building, Furniture and Other Services

The National Accountability Bureau (National Accountability Bureau: NAB) Islamabad invites applications for pre-qualification of firms and vendors specialized in repair and maintenance services. This open framework agreement aims to establish a panel of qualified suppliers for on-demand repair and maintenance of machinery, office buildings, furniture, and other related services at NAB headquarters located at Shahrah-e-Jamhuriat, G-5/1, Islamabad. Items being procured: - Repair & Maintenance of Plant & Machinery items including Photocopier Machines, Fax Machines, UPS, Paper Shredders, Split ACs, Fans, Elevators/Lifts, Diesel Generators, Transformers, and other machinery & electronic items - Repair & Maintenance of Furniture & Fixture items such as Revolving Chairs, Visitor Chairs, Tables, Metal Almirahs, File Cabinets, and Roller Blinds/Curtains - Repair & Maintenance of Office Building including white wash, fixing dismantled/broken tiles/marble, partitioning/aluminum work, cleaning of office building claddings/aluminum, and cleaning of water reservoirs (extra-large tanks in basement and rooftop) - Other services including arrangements for conferences, seminars, workshops, food and diet services, and miscellaneous services as per NAB HQ requirements The scope covers comprehensive repair and maintenance work at NAB Islamabad. Eligible firms must have physical offices or workshops capable of servicing the specified fields. Bidders must provide an affidavit on stamp paper confirming no litigation or blacklisting by any government department. The evaluation will be based on Least Cost Based Selection (LCBS). Applications must be submitted electronically through the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) v2.0 portal by Tuesday, October 20, 2026, at 11:00 AM. Late or manual submissions will not be accepted. The technical and financial bids will be opened electronically on the same day at 11:30 AM. Interested vendors are advised to register on EPADS if not already registered. A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all eligibility documents, including FBR registration and proof of physical office/workshop, are complete and uploaded correctly on EPADS to avoid disqualification. Early submission is recommended to handle any technical issues on the portal.
