Annual Frame Work Contract for Horticulture Agency Gujrat FY 2026-27 Miscellaneous Items and Services

Horticulture Agency Gujrat invites E-Bids through Punjab e-Procurement system for purchase and provision of miscellaneous items and services based on a Framework Contract from eligible bidders including firms, companies, general order suppliers, manufacturers, or authorized agents/dealers/distributors registered with Punjab e-Procurement system and PPRA Punjab. The procurement is for the Financial Year 2026-2027 and includes trading activities with relevant registration authorities and tax departments (Income Tax, Sales Tax, Punjab Sales Tax). Items being procured: - Annual Frame Work FY-2026-27 of Temporary lighting arrangements, sound systems, generators, and electrical installations tentage services in cultural and religious days for Horticulture Agency Gujrat - Annual Frame Work FY-2026-27 of Supply of Plants, Seeds, Seedling for Horticulture Agency Gujrat - Annual Frame Work FY-2026-27 of Supply of Bhall/Sweet Soil for Horticulture Agency Gujrat - Annual Frame Work FY-2026-27 of Civil works for Horticulture Agency Gujrat The scope covers supply and installation of temporary lighting, sound and electrical systems, generators, plants, seeds, soil, and civil works related to horticulture activities. Bidders must be registered with relevant tax authorities and Punjab e-Procurement system. Earnest money in the form of bid security is required as per the lot-wise amounts specified. Bids must be submitted online on the Punjab e-Procurement System portal by 16-09-2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
