Procurement of Chemicals, Glassware, Media, Kits, Consumables for DNA Parentage Confirmation and IVF Lab

The Livestock & Dairy Development Department Punjab invites eligible bidders and authorized distributors registered on the E-Procurement System to submit bids for the procurement of chemicals, glassware, media, kits, and consumables required for DNA parentage confirmation and IVF lab for the fiscal year 2026-27. This procurement is part of the ADP Scheme titled 'CM Punjab: Herd Transformation to Enhance Livestock Productivity (Phase-I)' with an estimated cost of Rs. 26.3802 million. The procurement will be conducted through Electronic Government Procurement (EGP) using a Single Stage Two Envelope procedure in accordance with Punjab Procurement Rules 2014, amended from time to time. Items being procured: - Chemicals - Glassware - Media - Kits - Consumables for DNA Parentage Confirmation and IVF Lab Bidders must download the complete bidding documents, including terms and conditions, detailed specifications, technical proposal, and financial proposal, free of cost from the official websites: https://www.ppra.punjab.gov.pk, https://www.livestock.punjab.gov.pk, and the E-Procurement System portal https://www.eproc.punjab.gov.pk. A bid security of 2% of the estimated price in favor of the tender document against a PSID (Payment Slip ID) generated through the E-Procurement System is mandatory. The scanned copy of the deposit receipt or paid PSID challan must be uploaded with the technical proposal on or before the bid submission deadline. The last date for uploading and submission of e-bids is 23-10-2026 at 2:00 PM on the EGP E-Procurement System. Technical e-bids will be opened on the same day at 2:30 PM in the presence of the firms' representatives. Late bids and physically submitted bids will not be entertained. Bidders seeking clarifications must upload their queries on the EGP E-Procurement System. Interested bidders should ensure their registration on the E-Procurement portal and timely submission of bids.
