Tender Description
Horticulture Agency Lahore invites bids through E-Procurement from well reputed and financially sound firms registered with relevant tax departments for the annual framework contract of hire charges of temporary illumination lights system at different places and events throughout the entire city of Lahore for the year 2026-2027.
Items being procured:
- Annual frame work for hire charges of temporary illumination lights system at different places/events in entire Lahore
The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Agency (PPRA) 2014 rules via online E-Procurement portal. Bidders must be registered on the PPRA E-Procurement system and submit bids digitally. The bid security amount is Rs. 400,000 and must be submitted online. The successful bidder will be required to deposit a performance security equal to 5% of the quoted amount before signing the contract, which will be released after successful completion of work. Failure to comply will result in forfeiture of the deposit.
Firms must hold valid PEC licenses (EE04, EE06, EE11(v), EE11(ix)) and valid registration certificates for Income Tax with FBR and Punjab Revenue Agency (PRA). An affidavit on E-Stamp paper declaring no blacklisting by HA Lahore and PPRA is mandatory. Firms must have executed similar works totaling at least 20 million PKR in the last two years. The procurement will follow a Single Stage - Single Envelope procedure.
Submission deadline for bids is 27-10-2026 at 1:00 PM, with bid opening at 1:30 PM the same day. Bidders are advised to download bidding documents and terms from the PPRA website and submit bids accordingly. The proposal must meet all listed criteria to be considered responsive.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure your firm's registration on the PPRA E-Procurement portal is active and all required documents including PEC license and tax certificates are up to date before the submission deadline to avoid disqualification.
