Annual Framework Rate Contract Agreement for Medical and Hospital Supplies and Services at DHQ Hospital Khushab

The DHQ Hospital Khushab invites electronic bids from registered bidders, suppliers, manufacturers, and firms for an Annual Framework Rate Contract Agreement for the fiscal year 2026-27. This contract covers a wide range of medical and hospital supplies and services required by the hospital under the Health & Population Department in Khushab city, Punjab. Medicine (Multi-National/National) and Surgical Disposable Items - Frame work contract for procurement of biomedical gases - Frame work contract for purchase of lab/blood bank items - Frame work contract for purchase of general store items - Frame work contract for purchase of stationary items - Frame Work Contract for Purchase Of Printing Items - Frame work contract for Laundry services - Frame work contract for purchase of x-ray films - Frame work contract for purchase of dialysis items under UHI (Universal Health Insurance) SSP (Sehat Sahulat Program) - Frame work contract for linen items - Frame work contract for Urology, Eye Operation theater ortho implants, medical devices, medicines, surgical and disposable for operation theater - Frame work contract for procurement/supply of cleaning & sanitation items - Frame work contract for medicines/surgical & disposable for disaster/natural calamity - Frame work contract for procurement/supply of medicines (Multi-National/National), surgical & disposable items for zakat fund patients (indoor, OPD) The scope includes supply of medicines, surgical disposables, biomedical gases, lab and blood bank items, general store and printing items, laundry and cleaning services, x-ray films, dialysis items under the Universal Health Insurance program, linen, and specialized medical devices for operation theaters. The contract also covers supplies for disaster and natural calamity situations and zakat fund patients. Bidding will be conducted through open competitive bidding using the Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules PPRA 2014 (amended). Bidders must be registered with relevant authorities and tax departments and participate through the Punjab E-Procurement System. Earnest money in the form of 2% of the estimated cost is required for each lot. Physical submission of CDR, Pay Order, or Demand Draft is not required if the bid security is furnished electronically via the prescribed Digital Bid Security mechanism (EPADS). The last date for bid submission is 22nd October 2026 by 11:30 AM, with opening at 12:00 PM on the same day via the Punjab E-Procurement System portal.
