Annual Maintenance and Repair Works of Residential and Non-Residential Buildings of HAZECO Hazara Circle-I Abbottabad and Hazara Circle-II Mansehra for FY 2025-26

Hazara Electric Supply Company (HAZECO) invites bids for the annual maintenance and repair works of residential and non-residential buildings located in Hazara Circle-I Abbottabad and Hazara Circle-II Mansehra for the financial year 2025-26. This procurement is specifically for civil works involving maintenance and repair of buildings under the jurisdiction of HAZECO in Abbottabad and Mansehra districts of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa. The technical scope includes dismantling and repairing cement concrete, brick work, plastering, flooring, painting, plumbing, electrical wiring, and installation of fixtures as detailed in the Bill of Quantities. The work covers a wide range of activities such as repairing walls, floors, roofs, doors, windows, sanitary fittings, and electrical installations. The contract also includes special repair works and requires compliance with WAPDA standard specifications and safety regulations. Eligible bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in category C-6 or above with specialization code CE-10, and must be active taxpayers with FBR and KPRA. Bidders should have at least three years of relevant experience and must have successfully completed at least two similar civil works contracts in the last three years, each valued at no less than 50% of the estimated cost. Financial capacity must meet specified thresholds for average annual turnover and cash flow. The bid submission deadline is Wednesday, June 10, 2026, at 11:00 AM via the EPADS v2.0 online system. Bids must be accompanied by a 3% bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) from a scheduled bank in Pakistan. If the bid amount is more than 10% below the estimated cost, additional CDR will be required. Manual submissions are not accepted.
