Pakistan State Oil Company Limited (PSO) invites quotations for comprehensive services for rehabilitation and renovation works at the Plant Incharge (P.I) Room and Washrooms located at PSO LMPA Keamari Terminal, Karachi. Items being procured: - Dismantling of existing structures including civil, mechanical, and electrical installations in P.I Room, Conference Room, and Washrooms - Cement plaster application on walls - Supply and installation of solid wooden doors with aluminium frames and heavy-duty hardware - Installation of false ceilings using Plaster of Paris (POP) with decorative and lighting features - Supply and installation of porcelain floor tiles - Fabrication and installation of RCC slab roofs - Glass partition works including tempered tinted glass and frosted film - Media wall fabrication and installation with lighting and multimedia wiring - Supply and installation of LED display (85 inch Android TV) - Installation of false ceiling fans with concealed wiring - Block masonry works - Supply and installation of wooden cabinets and cupboards - Supply and installation of washroom sanitary fixtures including Indian and European commodes, wash basins, floor traps, bib cocks, towel rails, soap dispensers, hand dryers, LED lights, exhaust fans, door closers, beveled edge mirrors - Supply and installation of UPVC pipes for drainage and plumbing - Mechanical cleaning and painting of walls with approved matt finish paint The scope includes all labor, supervision, tools, equipment, materials, transportation, testing, commissioning, and disposal of debris.
