Annual Maintenance & Repair Works of Cantt Fund Buildings, Roads, Sewerage, Water Supply and Miscellaneous Public Improvements by Cantonment Board Sargodha

Cantonment Board Sargodha invites sealed bids for the Annual Maintenance & Repair works for the fiscal year 2026-27. The procurement is based on the MES Schedule of Rates, 2025 (amended) and includes percentage above/below basis for schedule items and market item rate basis for non-schedule items. The works are to be carried out in Sargodha Cantt under the supervision of Cantonment Board Sargodha. Items being procured: - Annual Maintenance & Repair of Cantt Fund Buildings (NIT Cost Rs. 15.00 Million) - Annual Maintenance & Repair of Roads (NIT Cost Rs. 15.00 Million) - Annual Maintenance & Repair of Sewerage / Drainage (NIT Cost Rs. 20.00 Million) - Annual Maintenance & Repair of Water Supply (NIT Cost Rs. 9.00 Million) - Annual Maintenance & Repair of Miscellaneous Public Improvements (NIT Cost Rs. 15.00 Million) The scope includes comprehensive maintenance and repair of buildings, roads, sewerage systems, water supply infrastructure, and other public improvement works within the cantonment area. Bidders must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council in the relevant category and have valid NTN and STRN numbers. Bid security amounting to 5% of the NIT cost is required in the form of CDR issued by a scheduled bank in favor of the Cantt Executive Officer, Cantonment Board Sargodha. Bidding documents are available exclusively on the PPRA EPADS portal and must be submitted online through the e-procurement system. The procurement method is Single Stage Two Envelope, requiring submission of both technical and financial proposals. Only technically qualified bids will be opened financially. The bids will be opened publicly on 05-10-2026 at 02:30 PM at the office of Cantonment Board Sargodha, Club Road, Sargodha Cantt. Bidders should upload scanned copies of bid security, company profile, and certificate on original judicial stamp paper worth Rs. 1200 stating no litigation involvement. Pay Orders are not acceptable. The successful bidder will be bound by the terms and conditions including execution of an agreement.
