Tender Description
The Communication & Works Department Division Battagram is procuring Annual Operation, Maintenance and Repair (AOM&R) services for various judicial buildings including offices and residential buildings of District & Session Judges and Senior Civil Judges in Battagram. This procurement covers multiple buildings across Battagram and Tehsil Allai, focusing on comprehensive maintenance works such as structural repairs, painting, waterproofing, and other civil works to ensure the buildings remain functional and safe.
The technical scope includes repair and maintenance of office and residential buildings, requiring contractors to have PEC registration in category C-6 or above, valid FBR Active Taxpayer status, and enlistment with the C&W Department for the current financial year. Contractors must submit a 2% bid security in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) and a non-refundable bidding entry fee of 0.05% of the estimated cost. The bidding process follows the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules 2014 and the latest KPPRA regulations, conducted electronically through the E-PADS system.
Bidders should note the closing date for submission is 27th July 2026 at 12:00 PM, with bid opening at 12:30 PM on the same day at the office of the Executive Engineer, C&W Division Battagram. It is essential to submit all required documents including PEC license, FBR and KPPRA registration, and CDR details electronically before the deadline. One practical tip for bidders is to carefully prepare the detailed rate analysis if bidding below 20% of the engineer's estimate to avoid disqualification and forfeiture of bid security. Ensuring compliance with all submission requirements and timely electronic bid entry will enhance chances of success in this competitive tender.
