Annual Procurement for Hardware Items and Machinery / Equipment by Cabinet Division

The Cabinet Division has allocated funds for procurement planned for the fiscal year 2026-27 and invites sealed bids from eligible bidders for the Annual Procurement of Hardware Items and Machinery / Equipment under reference P88672. Items being procured include various hardware items and machinery/equipment as detailed in the bidding documents. The procurement will be conducted through a Single Stage-Two Envelope procedure using Quality and Cost Based Selection (QCBS) in accordance with the Public Procurement Rules, 2004, and related regulations and guidelines issued by the authority. All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security as specified in the bidding documents, payable via Pay Order or Call at Deposit, or alternatively a bid securing declaration in the prescribed format.
