Annual Repair & Maintenance Contract of Bio Medical Equipments with Spare Parts & Consumable/Disposable Accessories at Punjab Institute of Neurosciences Lahore

The Punjab Institute of Neurosciences Lahore invites sealed tender proposals from firms with established technical, financial, and managerial capabilities for the annual repair and maintenance contract of various bio medical equipments. This contract includes supply of spare parts and consumable/disposable accessories required for the maintenance and repair of these equipments. Items being procured: - Annual Repair & Maintenance Contract of different Bio Medical Equipments - Spare Parts - Consumable/Disposable Accessories The procurement will be conducted through the Punjab E-Procurement System of the Punjab Procuring Authority (PPRA). Bidders must register on the Punjab E-Procurement System to be eligible for participation. The contract will be governed by the Punjab Procurement Rules 2014 (Amended). Bidders are required to submit a company profile including technical, engineering, managerial capabilities, after-sale services, and past experience/performance with their proposals. A bid security of 2% of the total estimated cost must be submitted online via the Punjab E-Procurement System. Proposals without the 2% bid security will be rejected outright. The closing date and time for submission of tenders is 30th September 2026 at 11:00 AM, with the opening scheduled for 11:30 AM the same day.
