Outsourcing of Solid Waste Management Services for Tehsil Faisalabad Rural-II Areas

Lahore Waste Management Company (LWMC) on behalf of Suthra Punjab Authority invites unconditional bids from bidders / Joint Ventures for outsourcing of solid waste management services (along with available resources) for Tehsil Faisalabad Rural-II areas for a period of four years, extendable to another two years. The bidding process will be conducted online through the Punjab e-Procurement System as per Rule 38 (2)(a) using Single Stage-Two Envelope bidding procedure with least cost selection method. Items being procured: - Outsourcing of Solid Waste Management Services (along with available resources) for Tehsil Faisalabad Rural-II Areas for 4 years The estimated price for 4 years is Rs. 73.77 million with a bid security of 1% in shape of CDR / BG / DD / PO / BC. Bidding documents are available free of cost on PPRA Punjab and Punjab e-Procurement System websites. Bidders must submit bids online through the Punjab e-Procurement System website by 30 September 2026 at 1400 hours. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 1430 hours in the presence of bidders or their representatives.
