Annual Repair and Maintenance (Electrical & Mechanical) of Completed Water Supply Schemes in District Shangla for 2026-27

The Public Health Engineering Division Shangla invites eligible firms and contractors to submit online electronic bids for the annual repair and maintenance of completed water supply schemes in District Shangla for the financial year 2026-27. This procurement is conducted under the Single Stage Single Envelope Procedure through the E-PADS system in compliance with Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Public Procurement Rules 2014 (as amended). Items being procured: - Annual Repair and Maintenance (Electrical & Mechanical) of completed Water Supply Schemes in District Shangla for the year 2026-27 The scope includes electrical and mechanical maintenance works on water supply schemes to ensure their proper functioning and sustainability. Contractors must be registered with the Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) with relevant codes CE-09, EE-04, EE-05, ME-05, ME-07, EE-11, and must also be registered with the KP Revenue Authority (KPRA) and Federal Board of Revenue (FBR). A Call Deposit Receipt (CDR) equal to 2% of the estimated cost as bid security is required along with applicable stamp duty. Bids must be submitted online via the E-PADS portal before the deadline. The original bid security must reach the office through registered courier before the closing time. The bid submission deadline is **28-10-2026 at 11:00 A.M**, with bid opening at 11:30 A.M on the same day in the presence of government contractors or their authorized representatives. Eligibility requirements include approval certificate from SE PHE circle Swat, renewal of electrical inspector license, HL department enlistment, CNIC of workshop owner, and a list of machinery and equipment available with the contractor duly signed and stamped. Late, incomplete, or conditional bids will be rejected. The competent authority reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids under Rule 47 of KPPRA Rules 2014.
