Prequalification of Automobile Workshops and Suppliers for Repair of Transport N-5 North Zone Islamabad

National Highways & Motorway Police (NHMP) invites prequalification applications from reputable and eligible automobile workshops and suppliers for the repair and maintenance of transport vehicles in the N-5 North Zone, Islamabad. This open framework agreement covers a period of three fiscal years: 2026-27, 2027-28, and 2028-29. The procurement aims to prequalify firms for the supply of tyres, batteries, spare parts, miscellaneous filters, and general vehicle repair services including wheel alignment and balancing. Items being procured: - Prequalification of firms for supply of tyres, batteries, spare parts, and miscellaneous filters - Prequalification of automobile workshops for vehicle repair and maintenance services The scope includes workshops capable of providing electrical, mechanical, body shop (denting/painting), AC services, lathes, wheel alignment and balancing, seat covers, and breakdown recovery. Suppliers must be registered with the Sales Tax and Income Tax Departments and provide proof of active tax payer status. Firms must have a minimum of one year experience delivering similar services and submit a bid security of Rs. 30,000 in the form of Pay Order, CDR, or Bank Draft. Applications must be submitted electronically via the E-PADS portal at https://eprocure.gov.pk before the deadline. Original bids must also be delivered to the office of the Deputy Inspector General, N-5 North Zone, Qaiser Waseem Plaza G-13/3, Islamabad by 11:00 AM on 29-10-2026. Bids will be opened at 12:00 PM on the same day in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Eligibility criteria include valid NTN, Sales Tax registration, and no blacklisting by any government or public sector organization.
