Annual Repair, Maintenance and Original Works for Cantt Fund Buildings and Roads in Sialkot Cantt

Cantonment Board Sialkot invites electronic bids through E-PADS version 2.0 for Annual Repair, Maintenance and Original Works for the financial year 2026-27. The procurement includes original works such as Re-Construction of Sabir Kamal Road from Qasim Road to Saeed Shaheed Road (Rs. 14.90 Million), Construction of Drain at Askari Colony-I (Rs. 4.00 Million), Installation of 02x Tubewells at Saddar Bazar, Sialkot Cantt (Rs. 31.80 Million), and Supply/Fixing of LED Lights in Cantt Area (Rs. 15.00 Million). Additionally, repair and maintenance works include Annual Repair/Maintenance of Cantt Fund Buildings (Rs. 10.00 Million), Cantt Fund Roads (Rs. 40.00 Million), Drains/Sewerage (Rs. 17.50 Million), Water Supply Network (Rs. 17.50 Million), Miscellaneous Public Improvement such as paving stones and footpaths (Rs. 20.00 Million), and Maintenance of street lights network (Rs. 10.00 Million). The scope covers civil works, road reconstruction, drainage, water supply, electrical LED lighting, and public improvements within Sialkot Cantt. Bidders must be registered with PPRA as vendors on E-PADS version 2.0, have valid registration with Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) in the relevant category, and be active taxpayers with the Federal Board of Revenue. Earnest money is required at 2% of the estimated cost for each work. Bids must be submitted electronically via E-PADS by 16/09/2026 at 12:00 PM. Manual submissions will not be entertained. The Cantonment Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids as per PPRA rules.
