Supply of Feeding & Keeping Items and Building Maintenance for Police Department Lahore

The Police Department Operations Wing Lahore invites E-Bids based on a Framework Contract for the financial year 2026-2027 under Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. This tender is open to well-reputed and financially sound firms registered with Income Tax, Sales Tax Departments, Punjab Sales Tax (where applicable), and Professional Tax authorities. The procurement is divided into two lots with estimated costs as follows: - A03970-Others-011-Feeding & Keeping (Purchase) Rs. 2,000,000 - A13303-Others Buildings Rs. 4,000,000 The total estimated cost is Rs. 6,000,000. Bidders are required to submit a single package containing both Technical and Financial bids online through the E-PADS procurement system. The technical scope includes supply of feeding and keeping items and maintenance of buildings as per the bidding documents. The bidding documents can be downloaded from the Punjab Procurement Regulatory Authority (PPRA) website and EPADS portal before the closing date. Eligibility criteria include registration with relevant tax authorities, submission of bid security amounting to 3% of the estimated cost in the form of CDR, Bank Guarantee, Demand Draft, or Pay Order in favor of DIG Operations Lahore before the bid submission deadline. Performance guarantee of 1% to 5% of the contract value will be required upon acceptance of the tender. The tendering process follows the Single Stage Two Envelope procedure as per Punjab Procurement Rules 2014. E-Bids must be received by 22 September 2026 at 11:00 AM and will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM in the presence of bidders or their representatives. Late submissions will not be entertained. The Deputy Inspector General of Police, Operations Lahore, reserves the right to accept or reject any or all tenders according to PPRA rules.
