Items being procured: - W.W Schools of District Gujranwala (Approx. Cost Rs. 12,000,000, Completion Time 06 months) - W.W Schools of District Gujrat (Approx. Cost Rs. 10,000,000, Completion Time 05 months) - W.W Schools of District Rawalpindi (Approx. Cost Rs. 8,000,000, Completion Time 04 months) - W.W Schools of District Jhelum (Approx. Cost Rs. 7,500,000, Completion Time 03 months) - W.W Schools of District Layyah (Approx. Cost Rs. 3,000,000, Completion Time 02 months) The scope includes annual and special maintenance works for the welfare of workers' schools across the specified districts. Contractors must submit proposals on the e-procurement system Punjab by 20.11.2026 not later than 11:00 AM. Prequalification proposals will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM. Eligibility criteria include PEC registration in category C-5 or above with specialization in relevant codes, valid NTN and PNTN, audit reports for last three years, certified income tax statements, affidavit confirming no blacklisting, and detailed information on past projects and ongoing works. Firms must submit detailed documentation including partnership deeds, business management and engineering staff details, and proof of experience.
