Tender Description
The Board of Intermediate and Secondary Education Multan invites sealed bids for the printing and supply of answer booklets for the Matric annual examinations for the year 2026-27. The total required quantity is 35 lakh (3,500,000) answer booklets, to be delivered as per the specifications and schedule provided by the board.

The technical scope includes high-quality printing, binding, and timely delivery of answer booklets as per the board's requirements. Bidders must ensure that the paper quality, printing clarity, and binding meet the standards specified in the tender documents. The supply is to be made lot-wise, and bidders are required to quote rates accordingly.
Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and listed on the Active Taxpayers List (ATL). Earnest money at the rate of 2.5% of the total bid amount must be submitted with the technical bid in the form of a Call Deposit Receipt (CDR). Only those firms that meet the technical criteria will have their financial bids opened. The procurement will be conducted under PPRA Rule 38(1).
Bids must be submitted online via the Punjab e-Procurement portal (EPADS) at http://punjab.eprocure.gov.pk by 15-09-2026 at 10:00 AM. Late submissions will not be entertained. The technical bids will be opened on the same day at 10:30 AM. For further details, bidders are advised to consult the tender documents available on the board's website and the Punjab PPRA portal.
