Items being procured: - Answer Sheets for SSC Examination (24 pages), Copy Size 8 1/2 x 13 1/2, Quantity: 3,700,000 copies, Bundles: 18,500 - Answer Sheets for HSSC Examination (32 pages), Copy Size 8 1/2 x 13 1/2, Quantity: 1,200,000 copies, Bundles: 6,000 - Practical Answer Sheets for SSC Examination (04 pages), Copy Size 8 1/2 x 13 1/2, Quantity: 57,500 copies, Bundles: 1,150 - Practical Answer Sheets for HSSC Examination (12 pages), Copy Size 8 1/2 x 13 1/2, Quantity: 250,000 copies, Bundles: 1,000 The sheets require high-quality specifications including 68 GSM 3% variation, blush high finish, minimum brightness and opacity levels, both sides glazed, and no ink penetration or spread. The procurement will be conducted under PPRA rules using a single stage two envelope procedure. Participation through the Punjab E-Procurement System (eP) portal is mandatory; hard copies will not be accepted. Technical bids will be opened on the same day at 11:30 AM on the eP portal. The last date for submission of tenders is 16-09-2026 at 11:00 AM. Bidders must submit profiles including technical and financial bids online.
