Tender Description
The Logistics Centre (North) under the Pakistan Airports Authority (PAA) based in Rawalpindi, Punjab, is procuring Anti-Freeze Coolant Water specifically for Skardu Airport. This procurement is planned for the financial year 2025-26 and aims to supply high-quality anti-freeze coolant suitable for the harsh climate conditions of Skardu. The coolant is intended for use in generators and SVMT/MT vehicles stationed at the airport.
The technical scope requires the supply of OEM anti-freeze coolant only, with a pack size of up to 4 litres. Locally made anti-freeze coolant is not acceptable. The coolant must have the latest manufacturing date to ensure freshness and effectiveness. The delivery location is Rawalpindi, with a delivery schedule of 120 days and a warranty period of 365 days.
Eligible bidders must be registered with FBR and provide the latest ATL certificate. Joint ventures or consortiums are not allowed for this tender. Bidders must submit their bids through the EPADS v2.0 system and provide a bid security in the form of a pay order. The bid validity period is 180 days. The technical bid must be complete with all required documents and comply fully with the specifications.
The submission deadline is Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 11:00 AM, with bid opening scheduled for the same day at 11:30 AM via EPADS v2.0. Manual submissions are not accepted. Bidders are advised to register on EPADS v2.0 well in advance and ensure all technical documents and bid securities are submitted timely. A practical tip for bidders is to carefully review the bid security requirements and ensure the original pay order is physically submitted to the Logistics Centre (North) at Lehtrar Road, Rawalpindi before the deadline to avoid disqualification.
