Tender Description
Pakistan Standards and Quality Control Authority (PSQCA), an autonomous body under the Ministry of Science & Technology, Government of Pakistan, invites reputed Chartered Accountant/Audit Firms for the preparation and certification of annual accounts for PSQCA Head Office, Regional Offices, Laboratories, and subordinate formations for the Financial Years 2024-25 and 2025-26.
Items being procured:
- Appointment of Chartered Accountant/Audit Firm for annual accounts preparation and certification
The scope includes auditing and certification services covering multiple PSQCA offices and laboratories across Pakistan. Interested firms must have valid QCR Rating/Certification from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Pakistan (ICAP). Tender documents and Terms of Reference (TORs) can be obtained free of cost during office hours (0900 to 1600 hours), Monday to Friday, upon written request from the undersigned. Documents are also downloadable from the official PSQCA website www.psqca.com.pk.
All bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security equivalent to 3% of the total bid value and delivered to the specified address by 11:00 hours latest. Applications should be submitted within fifteen (15) working days from the publication date of this advertisement. Bids will be opened at 11:30 hours on the same day in the presence of bidders or their authorized representatives. Electronic submissions will be accepted through EPADS V2.0 at https://epads.gov.pk. This tender is also available on the PPRA website www.ppra.org.pk.
Eligible firms should ensure compliance with all requirements including FBR/ATL registration and PEC category if applicable. Earnest Money in the form of CDR or Pay Order is mandatory.
