Appointment of Lead Manager(s) for Listed Sukuk Issuance Program

National Grid Company of Pakistan Limited (NGC) invites proposals from eligible banks, financial institutions, investment banks and/or duly licensed capital market advisers for appointment as Lead Manager(s) for structuring, arranging, marketing, placement and issuance of a publicly listed Shariah-compliant Sukuk, envisaged through the domestic debt capital market. The assignment includes end-to-end transaction management, including transaction structuring, market assessment, Shariah compliance, coordination of legal and tax advisory, regulatory approvals, credit rating, documentation, investor marketing, book building / placement, listing and financial close, as detailed in the RFP document. Interested applicants must meet the eligibility and experience requirements specified in the RFP. Proposals will be evaluated in accordance with the criteria and procedure prescribed in the RFP document. The RFP document containing detailed terms and conditions is available on the NGC website i.e. www.ntdc.gov.pk and on E-PADS. Proposals, prepared in accordance with the instructions in the RFP document, must be submitted through E-PADS only, on or before 26th October 2026 at 11:00 AM PST.
