Tender Description
National Power Parks Management Company (Private) Limited (NPPMCL), a government-owned entity operating RLNG-based power plants in Balloki, District Kasur and Haveli Bahadur Shah, District Jhang, invites reputed Chartered Accountant firms for the appointment of Statutory (External) Auditors for a period of three years starting from Financial Year 2026-2027. The procurement is managed by the National Power Parks Management Company based in Lahore, Punjab.

- Appointment as Statutory (External) Auditors for three years
The scope includes conducting audits in compliance with the Companies Act 2017 and the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act 2023. The auditors will be responsible for statutory audits as per the latest regulatory framework and company policies. The engagement will be awarded through a Quality and Cost Based Method under the Procurement of Consultancy Services Regulations, 2010.
Eligibility criteria are stringent and include proof of qualification under section 247(a) of the Companies Act 2017, entitlement to audit public interest companies under Audit Oversight Board Regulations 2018, valid sales tax and income tax registration certificates, and a minimum of 20 years of practice with a satisfactory QCR rating from ICAP. Firms must have experience auditing at least 5 listed companies, 3 public sector/government-owned companies, and 3 energy sector companies in the last 3 years. Additionally, firms must employ at least 15 Chartered Accountants and 8 partners as of 31st December 2025.
The submission deadline is **24th July 2026** by **11:00 A.M.** on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS). EOIs will be opened the same day at **11:30 A.M.** The submission must be duly signed by a partner and include all documentary evidence.
A practical tip for bidders: Ensure all documentary evidence is complete and properly authenticated before submission on EPADS to avoid disqualification. Early submission is recommended to address any technical issues on the portal.
