Pre-Qualification of Firms for Construction and Consultancy Services by Engineer-in-Chief Branch GHQ

The Military Engineer Services (MES) invites applications for pre-qualification of firms/contractors/consultants for upcoming works under the Engineer-in-Chief Branch at GHQ Rawalpindi. This pre-qualification is for construction and consultancy services covering a wide range of locations including Karachi, Shah Bandar, Sujawal, Jewani Pasni, Ormara, Turbat, Gwadar, Kamra, Taxila, Rawalpindi, Chaklala, Islamabad, Lahore, Sargodha, Sialkot, Muzaffarabad, and Swat. Items being procured: - Construction of certain services/facilities buildings at Karachi, Shah Bandar, Sujawal, Jewani Pasni, Ormara, Turbat, Gwadar, Kamra, Taxila, Rawalpindi, Chaklala, Islamabad, Lahore, Sargodha, Sialkot, Muzaffarabad, and Swat - Consultancy services (Design/RE Supervision) for certain works at the same locations Firms must provide detailed work orders, project locations, and completion certificates. Eligibility requires firms to be registered with PEC in Category C-2 or above for relevant fields including construction, electrical, mechanical, and plumbing services. Preference is given to firms enlisted with MES in Category A. A refundable 2% bid security will be provided for non-enlisted firms. Pre-qualification with Engineer-in-Chief's Branch GHQ Rawalpindi is mandatory. Firms must have no outstanding DI&E recoveries. Applications must include personnel lists, bank statements, NTN certificates, and income tax returns for the last three years. Incomplete applications will not be entertained.
