Appointment of Statutory External Auditors for National Power Parks Management Company

National Power Parks Management Company (Private) Limited (NPPMCL), a government-owned entity operating RLNG based power plants in Baloki, Kasur and Haveli Bahadur Shah, Jhang, invites reputed Chartered Accountant firms for appointment as Statutory (External) Auditors for three years starting FY 2026-2027. The appointment will be made under the Procurement of Consultancy Services Regulations, 2010, on a Quality and Cost Based Method. Items being procured: - Statutory (External) Audit Services for NPPMCL for three years The auditors will conduct audits as per the Companies Act 2017 and the State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act 2023, ensuring compliance with all relevant policies. Firms must have valid sales tax and income tax registration certificates and demonstrate extensive experience including at least 20 years in practice, satisfactory OCR rating from ICAP, and experience auditing public interest companies, public sector/government-owned companies, and energy sector companies over the last three years. Additionally, firms must have at least 15 Chartered Accountants and 8 partners employed by 31st December 2025.
