Appointment of Statutory (External) Auditors for National Power Parks Management Company

National Power Parks Management Company (Private) Limited (NPPMCL) based in Lahore is seeking Expressions of Interest (EOI) from reputable Chartered Accountant Firms for the appointment of Statutory (External) Auditors for a period of three years starting from FY 2026-2027. The company operates two Re-Gasified Liquid Natural Gas (RLNG) based power plants located at Balloki, District Kasur and Haveli Bahadur Shah, District Jhang with capacities of 1223MW and 1230MW respectively. Items being procured: - Appointment of Statutory (External) Auditors for three years The auditors will be required to conduct audits in accordance with the Companies Act 2017, State-Owned Enterprises (Governance and Operations) Act 2023, and related policies. The scope includes statutory audit services with a focus on quality and cost effectiveness under the Procurement of Consultancy Services Regulations 2010. Eligibility criteria include valid sales tax and income tax registration certificates, minimum 20 years of audit practice, satisfactory QCR rating from ICAP, experience auditing at least 5 listed companies, 3 public sector/government owned companies, and 3 energy sector companies in the last 3 years. Firms must have at least 15 Chartered Accountants and 8 partners employed by 31st December 2025 and maintained afterwards. EOIs must be submitted duly signed by a partner along with all documentary evidence on the e-Pak Acquisition and Disposal System (EPADS) by 24th July 2026 at 11:00 AM. EOIs will be opened the same day at 11:30 AM on EPADS.
