Architectural Illumination Electrical & Mechanical Works at Constitution Avenue Islamabad

Capital Development Authority invites electronic bids from eligible bidders for procurement of architectural illumination electrical and mechanical works at Constitution Avenue Islamabad including Election Commission, Federal Constitutional Court, Federal Ombudsman, AG Office, COMSTECH, Kohsar Block, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Islamabad High Court etc. The scope includes electrical and mechanical works executed in Rawalpindi and Islamabad areas. Items being procured: - Architectural Illumination Electrical Works - Mechanical Works Bidders must be registered with PPRA on EPADS v2.0, hold valid Pakistan Engineering Council (PEC) License Category-4 with specific codes EE-04 & EE-06, and possess a valid Electrical License issued by Electrical Inspector Islamabad. NTN and GSTN registration with FBR is mandatory. Eligibility and qualification criteria are detailed in the bidding documents. The NIT cost of the project is Rs.144,918,337/-. Original bid security of Rs.4,347,550/- in the form of CDR favoring DDO (P&C), CDA must be submitted at the time of technical bid opening. Scanned copy of bid security must be uploaded on EPADS. Electronic Request for Proposal documents are available on EPADS v2.0 portal https://vendors.epads.gov.pk/. Bids must be submitted electronically on or before November 12, 2026 at 12:00 AM. Bids will be opened on the same day at 12:00 AM. Notification of GRC constituted under Rule-48 of Public Procurement Rules, 2004 is provided on EPADS v2.0.
