The works are to be executed under the supervision of PESCO with adherence to technical standards and safety regulations. Eligibility criteria require bidders to be registered with PEC in category C-6 & above and to have active registration with FBR and EPABX V 2.0 portal. Bidders must have completed at least two contracts in the last ten years and provide audited financial statements certified by Chartered Accountants. Earnest money of 2% of the estimated project cost must be submitted as a CDR in favor of the Project Director (C&O) PESCO Peshawar. The tender follows the Single Stage Single Envelope bidding method under National Competitive Bidding (NCB) rules. Bidders must upload their bids on the EPAD V 2.0 portal by 10-November-2026, 10:30 AM. Late or incomplete bids will be rejected.
