The procurement is for the arrangement of breakfast, lunch, dinner, and tea at 11:00 AM for participants attending mandatory training programs conducted by HEART. Items being procured: - Breakfast - Lunch - Dinner - Tea at 11:00 AM Bidders are required to download the complete bidding documents from the E-PADS portal. All bids must be submitted electronically by uploading scanned copies on E-PADS by the deadline of 5th October 2026 at 11:00 AM. Additionally, bidders must submit the original CDR to the HEART office on or before the closing date. Technical and financial bids will be evaluated under the single stage one envelope procedure.
