Hiring of Security Guards and Janitorial Staff for Social Welfare and Bait-ul-Maal Department Lahore Division

The Social Welfare & Bait-ul-Maal Department Lahore invites electronic bids on the Punjab e-procurement system for the hiring of services of security guards and janitorial staff for different institutions under the Lahore Division for the financial year 2026-27. Items being procured: - Lot 1: Hiring of services of 20 security guards for PG Railway Station, PG Thokar Niaz Baig, PG Fruit Mandi and PG Laari Adda, Lahore. - Lot 2: Hiring of services of 25 janitorial staff for PG Railway Station, PG Thokar Niaz Baig, PG Fruit Mandi and PG Laari Adda, Lahore. - Lot 3: Hiring of services of 18 security guards for different institutions at Social Welfare Complex Township and Sanatzar Model Town, Lahore. - Lot 4: Hiring of services of 12 janitorial staff for different institutions at Social Welfare Complex Township and Sanatzar Model Town, Lahore. - Lot 5: Hiring of services of 20 security guards for shelter homes in Lahore Division and Welfare Home for Beggars Rawind District Lahore. The total estimated cost including all applicable taxes is Rs. 6,46,50,000 with bid security required at 2% of the total estimated cost for each lot. The scope includes providing trained security personnel and janitorial staff to maintain safety and cleanliness at the specified sites. Bidders must be firms or companies engaged in relevant services and registered with the appropriate authorities for the financial year 2026-27.
